Proudly based in Laverton North, Victoria, Greenleaf Cosmetics Australia supports brands with local manufacturing capability and practical production expertise. Our facility includes compounding vessels from 50kg to 3000kg, automated and semi-automated filling lines, and high-volume production capabilities for sheet masks, sachets, tubes, bottles, jars and other formats.
By keeping R&D, compounding, filling and warehousing within one integrated operation, we can provide better control, stronger communication and more consistent product outcomes.
Sustainability is a key part of how we develop and manufacture products. We work with brands to review formulations, reduce environmental impact where possible, explore responsible ingredient choices and consider sustainable packaging options.
Our onsite practices include recycling programs for soft plastics, cardboard, paper and other recyclable materials, as well as water collection and wastewater processing systems. Where possible, we also support local sourcing of raw materials and packaging to reduce supply chain impact.
